"Christian was an absolute champion, I came into the real estate market with zero knowledge about how things worked and or an idea of what I was looking for. It was rather interesting because I came to the realization that Christian had expertise in what I was looking for. I was initially looking for something affordable perhaps needing some work, and he came through spectacularly, I had some initial choices that I ran over with him, and I think his intuition is spot on. I found a home in Bayview, initially but realized that it was not the best choice for me, not only did Christian widen the search criteria, but I think he understood that perhaps me saving some money but ending up with a poor choice may not be the best for me.
